Turn plan-check chaos into a clean resubmittal
Ingests plan-check comments, categorizes them by type, assigns owners and due dates, and compiles a resubmittal narrative with a completeness checklist. Everything gets tracked so nothing falls through the cracks between review rounds.
Create a skill called "Plan-Check Comment Orchestrator". When I receive plan-check comments, I'll paste or upload them and you should: 1. Parse each comment into a register with: category (code / zoning / accessibility / coordination / missing detail), sheet or spec reference, and a plain-language summary 2. Assign each comment to an owner with a due date (default 5 business days) 3. As I resolve comments, help me draft the resubmittal response narrative: original comment → action taken → location in the revised set 4. Generate a resubmittal completeness checklist: required forms, revised sheets, stamps, exhibits, and any jurisdiction-specific items 5. Before submission, run a "Ready to Submit" gate with sign-off prompts for each required element Flag any comment that remains unassigned after 24 hours.
Plan-check comments arrive as a wall of text — some about code, some about
zoning, some about missing details that have nothing to do with each other.
This recipe parses them into a structured register, assigns each to an owner,
and builds the resubmittal response narrative so the reviewer can trace every
comment to a resolution.
Pre-issue reviews that scale past heroics
Runs a phase-based QA/QC gate before every issue set. Produces an issues register, a "what changed" summary, and archived QA artifacts — reducing coordination misses and the rework that comes from rushing drawings out the door.
Fix the model before it breaks the deadline
When your Revit model gets sluggish — slow syncs, crashes, ballooning file size — this recipe runs a standardized health checklist, captures symptoms, and produces a prioritized cleanup sprint plan with owners and timeboxes.
Never scramble for credits at the last minute again
Tracks your CLE credits by jurisdiction and category, monitors email for completion certificates, calculates remaining requirements, and sends alerts as deadlines approach. Multi-state lawyers get a unified dashboard across all bars.
