Setup Steps

Tips

• Alumni from your school are the warmest cold contacts you have
• Keep outreach messages short — 3–4 sentences max
• Always send a thank-you within 24 hours
• Goal is 10 outreaches → 3 conversations within 3–4 weeks
• Don't spam — quality over quantity applies to networking too
